After upgrade 8.4 to 8.6 can not create domains

When i try to create domain i take this error:

Failed domain creation: Domain veri Güncelleme işlemi gerçekleştirilemedi: cmd_dns__domain_has_no_ns

ok i solved the problem. it was about domain DNS templates. my dns templates in 8.4 had no got ns. records! 8.6 don't like it
