  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Fehler: Unable to set up SMTP authorization: mailmng-server failed: Unable to open /etc/courier-imap/authlib/authdaemonrc: No such file or directory

I have no idea where i must search. in Maillog is nothing to see

Hi ThorstenP,

if you experience errors/problems/issues like:
Unable to open /etc/courier-imap/authlib/authdaemonrc: No such file or directory
You can be sure, that the corresponding software hasn't been installed correctly. In your case the software package "courier-imap".

Pls. consider to change from "courier-imap" to "dovecot" and backwards to "courier-imap" again, so that Plesk is able to initiate the de-install and install commands for your desired compenents. The fastest way to achieve this, is to use the command line ( logged in as user "root" over SSH ):
Code:
plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component dovecot

followed by

plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component courier-imap
... or use the Plesk webinstaller at "HOME > Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades" and switch the mail - server - software there. :)
