After upgrade to 8.0.1 from 8.0.0 httpd not working.

Hi:

After upgrade to 8.0.1 from 8.0.0 httpd not working.
So I "service httpd start" from command line.
Then I got the error message ---

[root@qaz ~]# service httpd start
Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

Please Help!!!

netstat -nap |grep "LIST" |grep 80
