• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Hi,

On RedHat ES 3, Plek 7.5.3, all the domains created point to the Apache default directory of /var/www/html.

Apache has been restarted, but nothing changes.

Any ideas what do to?

This server is behind a dedicated hardware firewall.

thanks,
Greg

Check whether your BIND and Apache configurations are restored.

Like for instance .. check /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.include if it is complete and configured for all your domains.

Maybe you should check your IP configuration also.

And check if all daemons are running.

Maybe you should just check everything ;) haha .. sorry for that .. I don't have the solution at hand .. but try to locate the problem one by one.

I'm not managing my own DNS on my Plesk box - do I need to have BIND running?

Hmm not sure about that ... i've never used Plesk without any DNS (master or slave) locally.

Maybe someone else can answer this question.
