Hm I don't think you are stupid... My question was a bit too obvious..

Hm, maybe NGINX is enabled but not running? What does /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/nginxmng -s return?

stupid enough to manage a server ;) - sorry i dont no, where i need to put this command: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/nginxmng

Additionally, check your iptables rules when you are able to login via ssh.
# iptables -L > iprules.txt
# nano iprules.txt

i think i need somebody who can fix this for me ... i can open this terminal, but i think there is a error > http://prntscr.com/9gy2mv
When I rented the server, I did not realize witch knowledge is necessary. I can only use and manage wordpress - not more.

Hallo Andy, in dem einen Bild sieht man bei nginx, dass es nicht läuft, da das grüne Dreieck verfügbar ist. Was passiert, wenn du darauf klickst, also nginx startest?

Serververwaltung kann ganz schön in die Hose gehen wenn sich Schafsoftware einnistet und zum Beispiel Spam verschickt.

@Andy

There is some issue with your network.

I am not sure where you host and what kind of server you are using (dedicated, VPS, home-based, on-premise etc.), but it is a very troublesome connection to your server.

There is a huge probability that the network is filtered to a high degree, using a firewall and firewall rulesets that are blocking your sites.

In essence, Apache is running, but your sites are not visible online, very likely as the result of a too aggressive firewall.

Contact your network administrator!!!!

By the way, I saw that you had a lot of Microsoft related ports open on your server: can it be the case that you are using some kind of SharePoint based server infrastructure?

I am pretty sure that there is some type of Microsoft environment present on your network/server(s), which could explain everything: the sysadmin probably wants to block publication of websites via SharePoint services AND/OR uses some protection software (firewalls or specially designed software) to block certain forms of traffic and workloads.

In short, the best thing is to get your sites hosted at another hosting company (after all, the current situation is not what you want or paid for).

Regards.....
