Issue All mails go to spam (gmail, hotmail etc.)

Hello people


After I moved my websites to a new server, all the emails sent from website land in the spam folder.
I really don't know the reason as everything seem to be fine for me. Maybe Im overseeing something.
Can somebody help please?

If your Plesk server is webhost : Tools&settings> Mail Server Settings > outgoing mail mode (use domain names in SMTP gre..) use these settings if it works for you.

then you're not overseeing things, make sure the basics configured, a little hint on the question will help to understand where to go from

This is the email header. Can you get something out of it?
I can see that the DKIM is not signed but the box in the plesk panel settings is already marked.

If your Plesk server is webhost : Tools&settings> Mail Server Settings > outgoing mail mode (use domain names in SMTP gre..) use these settings if it works for you.

uhm i would NOT use Domain Names in Greetings.
This often results in Spam. There are some good explanations out there why not to use it.
Recently just saw somthing about that. I didn't bookmarked the Article.

but those Providers also check SPF Record in Domain.

Moreover maybe some Mail Tester would help: Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com

Or check Hostname and or Domain with MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox

i just remebered why this would be no option for us: cbl.blacklist..... or something blocks exactly all domains which use this function which i wrote my doubts too.
So this is no option for us.

The CBL does NO probes. In other words, the CBL NEVER makes connections to other machines to "test" anything.


The CBL does NOT test for nor list open SMTP relays.

The CBL only lists individual IPs, it NEVER lists ranges.

The CBL does NOT care whether an IP is dynamic (NAT, PAT, TOR, VPN etc) or not, if connections the IP makes indicate that it's infected, it is listed regardless. Further details:

• NAT Listing Policy
• TOR/VPN/proxy Listing/delisting Policy.

The CBL does NOT attempt to associate IP addresses to persons or organizations, and furthermore, a CBL listing should NOT be construed as accusing anyone of spamming - virtually all listees are the victims of a virus or other compromise, not deliberately spamming.

There are not effects, SMTP or not, CLB mainly focused on viruses and spam servers, and they offer to remove your IP's manually.

If you are having an issue with spam mail you should use google SMTP with PHPMailer.
I had the same issue and resolved with PHPMailer using SMTP.
