all my sites offline since last update

I use plesk 9.5.4, I made the updates this evening.

since I do this update, all the indexes(index.php and index.html) of my sites (domains) are routed on the directory /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs
and not on their own directory

Could you help me to put all my sites online
