All of my sites resolve to the wrong site!

Hi I hope some one can help. I'm not an expert in these things although I'm not a total newbie either.

I upgraded to v12 of the panel this morning with a couple of minor issues and everything worked fine after a bit of tinkering.

Then I installed a wordpress instance in a subfolder of my main site... it didn't work. so I uninstalled it.
that's where the problems began.
I'm hosting seven sites and each of them now resolve to only one site.

The strange thing is it's not my default site, but the most recent of them that was added.

Email still works ok, and the ip settings are on shared (both 4 and ipv6)

Does anyone have any suggestions, as my main site is fairly critical for me at the mo!
