all outgoing emails will bounce back to my server primary email After Update 12.0.18

Hi i recently installed version 12.0.18 and when i try to send an email or emails to me or even subscribers , all the emails end up back to my servers primary email,, and the only way i can see them is with Horde.
the email is send from a php script that works fine on previous versions of plesk for example 11.5.30, i have it running on this panel version fine for months now, Is it possible to roll back version of plesks panel once the 12.0.18 version is installed without loosing all information?


Is there a solution as this only happens with the version, 12.0.18

Tried both qmail and posftix
is there a specific configuration that needs to be done?
