Resolved All pages white after Upgade

I upgrade plesk after 12 but now all pages in plesk17 panell is white.

Can you help me?

Maybe some processes from the upgrade have not yet finished? If you are sure that the upgrade went through completely (not displaying errors), try rebooting the server to clear hanging processes.

Upgrade have a stop but i restart it.
Now is complete without error.

Please check afterwards if sw_cp_server is "active":

Are you now seeing all icons and settings in GUI? GUI = Graphical User Interface, login via https://HOSTNAME.TLD:8443. Port 8447/add_components.html is the updates & upgrades page.

Please try again. Do not write

[root@pavese ~]# service psa stop

but write:

# service psa stopall

It makes a difference.
Then restart Plesk by
# service psa start

Afterwards:
# service sw_cp_server status
Does it return status "active" (yes/no)?
