Hi everyone,
I've restored my data from an old server (ubuntu 10.04) to a new one (ubuntu 12.04) through Plesk 12 for both servers.
All my domains are well generated, but all websites' directories are empty.
My log shows that : "
WARNING: (database object 'MY_DOMAIN') Failed deployment of database user MY_USER of database MY_DOMAIN
WARNING: () Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/database.php --update MY_DOMAIN -add_user MY_USER -server localhost:3306 -type mysql -print-id -default -set-acl % -passwd '' -passwd_type sym -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1.
"
However, backup archives contain all data content and config of the old server.
I try to reset the new admin password with the old one via Plesk, but nothing changes.
Please, does anyone know how to solve this problem or have any tips on the matter ?
I really appreciate and thank you very much in advance for your help.
Tony
