It would be really nice to be able to attach files to a help desk ticket. The attachments could be limited to something set for the whole server, like 1 MB.
This could be helpful for corrected CGI scripts, database dumps, etc. Anything where attaching rather than copy/paste would preserve formatting or binary spacing that the comment section doesn't allow.
The attachments should be associated with a particular comment so that their visibility to the customer is dictated by the setting for the comment.
Loading the content into a BLOB in the database would be great in terms of being able to manage them later... pruning old ones, etc.
