Allow / disallow over limits

Is there a way to control among being possible or not, a domain to pass over disk space and traffic limits ?

There´s an orange signal when a domain over pass its disk quota I´d like to have the option of blocking this and also block the domain when it reach its traffic limit.

Any information, I´d appreciate.
