Allow port selection for offsite FTP backups.

Maybe I just missed this, but there is no way to set the port number for an offsite FTP backup. It ony uses the default port of 21.

This will not work for me as my ISP blocks incoming port 21/80 requests so I had to setup my FTP on a non standard port.

Anyways, hopefully this will be fixed in a future release.
