allowing external connections to databases???

Hi all

How do i allow external connections for me to connect to my MtSQL databases (specs - FC4 Plesk 8)

mysql> GRANT ALL ON db_name.* TO user_name@'ip.add.re.ss' IDENTIFIED BY 'PASSWORD';




of course replace "db_name" and "ip.add.re.ss" and "user_name" with real values.

and what if i wanted to connect via any ip address. what would the quire be then?
