I am posting this only in order to start a thread and watch the topic.
I know will need few good months in order to have Plesk working on Almalinux 10

@JulianDot , you can vote for the feature on our roadmap and get an email notification once officially released. I will also do my best to remember to update this thread. The expected delivery time is the beginning of July. I still want to mention that could change due to unpredictable events and complications.
