Issue Always logout after login

erlanggaisi

New Pleskian
Hi,

When I try to login, it always logout and going back to login panel. I've tried to use incognito and VPN to login because I thought it caused IP address and session but still same.
Is there anything else i need to see except the dynamic IP & session settings?

It is caused by a change of your IP address after login.

Change
Tools & Settings > Security > Session Idle Time
and check the box
"Allow IP address changes during a single session"

> Change
> Tools & Settings > Security > Session Idle Time
> and check the box
> "Allow IP address changes during a single session"

I can't stay logged in for long enough to do that (or anything else).

Is there a way to change this setting via command line?

Just in case, I would like to write that this topic was created in a section dedicated to legacy Plesk version (Plesk 11.x for Linux), the actual version of control panel is Plesk Obsidian (18.x).

Is there a way to change this setting via command line?
However, one of our knowledge base articles may help you, https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...9-How-to-change-session-idle-timeout-in-Plesk, see the expandable "Adjusting session idle time via a command-line interface" section.
