• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Hello,

For the past few days, I've had a problem with the scores of certain emails in my domain. No matter how much I search, I can't see a solution.

All emails go through well (via SMTP) but on 2 addresses the score is amazing while on the others the score is normal.

Thank you for your help !

No, score=-101.0 required=7.0 tests=ALL_TRUSTED,HTML_MESSAGE, SPF_PASS,URIBL_BLOCKED,USER_IN_WELCOMELIST,USER_IN_WHITELIST autolearn=ham autolearn_force=no version=3.4.6

The USER_IN_WHITELIST in the email header indicates that the email address (or domain) of the sender is white listed (also called welcome list). Because of that it gets a negative spam score.

More information on the SpamAssasin black and whitelist in Plesk can be found here: SpamAssassin Spam Filter

A big thank you for your reply ! I was so surprised by the number that I didn't see the minus sign!
