When I go to Plesk --> Process list, the message below is shown.

Question: what is it and how to fix?

It could be a bug, but it could also be linked to the Python version used on the system. Did you update//modify Python after installing Plesk?

simple fix/patch is add

pgpgin = 0
pgpgout = 0

to

/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/iotop/vmstat.py

at lines 26 just after

def read(self)
