Another backup error

Dear support,

We have an Windows 2008 Server (IIS 7) with Plesk 8.6.
The Plesk Backup returns these errors:

Unable to get list of virtual directories for backing up of '[domain-name]'
Unable to get mime types configuration for backing up of '[domain-name]'
Unable to get virtual host perfomance parameters

If we run the Plesk Backup with the options "Suspend control panel services during backing up" then the backup utility returns following error:
Error in execute ''websrvmng' --list-vdirs "--vhost-name=[domain-name]"':
C Exception: 3221225477

This C-error has maybe something to do with access-rights, we have run the Plesk Reconfigurator with the tools "Correct disk permissions" and the "Check component and folder permissions" but the error remains.

All the domains works fine, but we cannot create backups of our domains with the Plesk backup.
Can you please help?

I'm having the same problem on a windows server 2008 with plesk 8.6.

How can this problem be solved?

I receive the following errors:

The following warnings were encountered during backing up:
Unable to get list of virtual directories for backing up of 'domainexample.com'

Unable to get list of virtual directories for backing up of 'domainexample2.com'

Thanks in advance

Make sure that file %plesk_vhosts%\<domain>\httpdocs\web.config exists.
