another problem with emails

if i look at server -> email -> queue the system shows me the following info:

Info
Nachrichten in Warteschlange: 1117 nicht vorverarbeitet, 28 lokal, 35 remote, 1180 gesamt.

(yes i´m using the german version)

how can i start the non pre-processed mails to go to deliver-status? qmail-retsrat does´nt seems to work.

any idea?

you should check the type of this messages.
(maybe by webmin)

Mostly its spam.
