Another usual Plesk 8.1 upgrade error... this time with a solution attached

OK... So I upgraded 6 Plesk 7.6.1 servers to Plesk 8.1 and all of them threw the following error after the upgrade when accessing webmail:

Warning: fopen(C:\WINDOWS\Temp\horde.log) [http://webmail.somedomain.com/horde/services/portal/function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail\horde\pear\Log\file.php on line 202

The solution here was to grant full control to psaserv on C:\WINDOWS\Temp\horde.log

I hope this is information spares someone of a painful headache.
