Anti-malware software?

Does Plesk or someone else, offer Anti-malware software that could detect infected files that are being uploaded via FTP? The Plesk Premium Anti-virus software seems to be mailbox only. I guess I'm looking for something like MS Security Essentials, which automatically scans every files that comes into the computer, from the Browser to download via FTP.

Thanks for that. It would be nice to see some software that scanned all incoming software, so that it helped prevent infection of malware.
