Apache error AH01070: Error parsing script headers ??

Hi everybody,
I have randomly this error log in apache (in my whole website) :

Error AH01070: Error parsing script headers

I really don't know what I can do ?
Plesk 12.5.30 Update 28
I use php 5.5.9 Os Vendor - PHP-FPM
I use Nginx as a static file server
No custom configuration

I have tried a lot of configuration but I always have this random error in the Apache logs
Error AH01070: Error parsing script headers (???)

I really have no solutions
