As I am sure you will have noticed, to activate the APC cache tending FastCGI module, APC processes are constantly reset. Is there any way to configure FastCGI module for the APC is not constantly reboot?
For this problem every 30 seconds or so a new APC process is generated, returning to cache the same information again.
