Apache Issue

After upgrading 8.2 to 8.6 i am having big problem. I am getting these error in my /var/log/httpd/error_log Some time machine stop responding and we need to restart the machine manually. Looking for urgent help.

Not related to the upgrade. Someone is trying to exploit your server using an Apache process. Eventually Apache itself crashes.

I suggest you to investigate this issue from this perspective.
