• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello

I need an advice from apache/linux gurus
Here is the deal , i run sumo sort of file storage system , based on RHE3 with Dual Xeon 3.6 Ghz with 6 GB ram and lots of HDD's the files are simply listed in the catalog that is generated by apache by default , and over 500 -1000 people are downloading files at the same time , there is no PHP involved , and apache is eating almost all 6 GB of memory and server is crushing almost every week , is there some sort of module or a soft that can handle the file sending process so that it could decrease the load of the memory ?

Any advices and comment’s are welcome

Thx in advance
