Issue Apache permissions vhost error

Recently Apache returns error 401 forbidden on all domains.
I've tried to repair filesystem, vhosts directories, manual permissions change but nothing...
What can I do?

try running /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

Nothing to do... Same problem.
It's urgent, my web server is useless...

Wrong permissions, browser can't load css in folders because the web server return 401 forbidden, logs is not useful

if this is only issue with the css files and if you also have nginx on your system then please remove css from Serve static files directly by nginx for particular domain settings and it should help
