apache problem 7.5.3

i have found a major apache problem with my 7.5.3

i have many sites which has their own content for download.

e.g.

http://www.domain.tld/download/abc.doc
http://www.domain.tld/download/abc.pdf
http://www.domain.tld/download/abc.zip

or any extensions but they give

Not Found
The requested document was not found on this server.


if i put those documents to root of site
e.g.
http://www.domain.tld/abc.doc

then its working but that is not proper way as customer may use any link or sub folders to give their customer downloads.

please can anyone guide what could be wrong on this?

This is not related to Plesk 7.5.3, it's an Apache issue, unless you have FreeBSD. I advise you to check the apache error_log, you might get a better idea on what happens.
