API email and db

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if the Plesk API supports adding / deleting email addresses, as well as adding / deleting databases?

I've gone through the documentation but can't find anything, maybe someone else has some insight into this?

Sorry, I missed the mail part. Mail is available, but not all features are implemented. DB does not exist at all.
