Issue API to update mail quota not working

Version 18.0.38 - The API to change mailbox quota does not work. The response is "ok" but the size doesn't change. Tested on three different servers

This is the code. I've multiple servers, with Obsidian it not work anymore, does not change the quota, while with a server running Onyx 17.8.11 it works fine, so the problem is with Obsidian 18.0.38

I am able to reproduce the XML API issue on my server and have submitted a bug report.
