• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question API Using PHP Lib - Get Single Customer's Info

Peter Jaffray

New Pleskian
I'm trying to create my own customer billing/self service portal. I'm pretty far from a completed project, but I'm learning so it's all fun.

My PHP function is working, but I'm still pretty new to the API.

In the API library I've figured out how to add filters to the XML formatted requests and responses but I can't find anything for the PHP library. For example, the following returns a complete list of all customers and I am not sure how to insert the equivalent of the <filter> into "get" component.

$host = "192.168.10.10";
$secret_key = "abcdefg... hijk";
$client = new \PleskX\Api\Client($host);
$client->setSecretKey($secret_key);
$customers = $client->customer()->getAll(); // HELP
error_log( print_r($customers, TRUE) );

I've searched google and found nothing, so if you know a place where I can continue my research please share! Specifically in this example, I know the login of the customer I want the info for, but I can't seem to "getAll('login', $customer );" if that makes sense.

In general where do I put filters and how do I bridge the gap from XML to the PHP Lib?
