Hello, I do not speak English very well, so we use the translator of google.

There is a Plesk API that allows a script your write to make changes to Plesk settings.

Also there is a way for changes in Plesk (such as adding a domain using Plesk) to comminucate these changes to a script you write.

Maybe this is what you are asking? There is information on the Plesk website on this. Search for Plesk API and also for Plesk Event Manager.
