Hello,
I have got a serious problem regarding the function of applying changes of the dns template to all dns zones of my customers.....
It is stated in the documentation and inside Plesk, that the function won't "readd" dns entries from the template to the dns zone of the customers if the customer has deleted / modified such an entry in his dns zone.
However: The DNS zones of my customers are now screwed up and contain again the MX / TXT / etc entries from the template in addition to their modified MX / TXT / etc entries..
As this function isnt working as described in the documentation I expect an answer which says why this could happen and how plesk tries to avoid this in the future!!
