My provider supplied Plesk 7.5.4 version. I think this is the latest stuff.

I really don't know whether the version Plesk 7.5.6 has been released.

Is this beta or full version?

Yes, the 7.5.4 is the latest public released version.

All other versions in the FTP is beta version for testing only.
