asp.net error even i select customerror=off

Hello,

I have a client who's tried using asp.net vb script but when i tried run they receive:

"The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."

I already check and all asp.net configuration are select to customerror=Off and Enable Debug=On

Also i deselect Custom Errors from Hosting Settings.

Why i can't see Detailed error ?
