.aspx Form Submission Error ....VERY URGENT HELP PLEASE!

Hello Friends,

I am a newbie to Windows/ asp.

ALL .aspx forms on my clients site will not function. I've tried the little I know....but no solution yet, pls can somebody help give a workable solution? Error Message pasted below:
