Resolved assign a IPv6 Adress to a existing account not possible

ph03n1x89

New Pleskian
Hello,

i´ve a question. First sorry for my bad english :)

I´ve a Virtual Server with Debian 8 and Plesk Onyx installed. I use a IPv4 and IPv6 adress. Both configured as shared medium.

Now, i have forget to assign a IPv6 adress to a new account and would like to assign the adress now to a existing account. But i don't find the function in die controll panel. Not as root or customer.

As "root" i click Subscriptions => use the Domain Name => Manage in Costumer Panel => Click Hosting Settings and there is no option to assign the IP Adress :(

Can someone help?

You can change IP for subscription if you, as admin, go to subscription -> Web Hosting Access
Also make sure that all needed IPs are listed in Tools&Settings->IP Addresses
