Atmail Client Display Problem

Customers trying to access email via Atmail cannot display messages that contain HTML, links or mixed format messages. The problem occurs in IE and Firefox. Chrome generates the following error: "message could not be loaded from the server". (I haven't tried any other browsers).

Text messages display correctly.

Any ideas?
