Atmail Language Installation

I would wish to check if by installing the language support for atmail based on the Plesk 9 KB above, does it allow my users to view emails in chinese or only changes the menu language to chinese ? Please assist.

Yes, it is related to interface localization. Content of email depends on codepage settings of email client.
