  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Authorization denied to access mail settings in Plesk

Hello,

This morning by going in my interface Plesk to adjust the spam filters of my mails, I realize that the tab mails in the left column has disappeared.

I try to access it by typing the address directly and there I have a denial of authorization.

Yet a few days ago I reached it without any problem and I am the only one to have access to the interface.

Would anyone have an idea of the setting to change so that I can access it again?

What is the output of the command for activation mail service for your domain like

# plesk bin mail --on example.com

Also, open Plesk > Tools & Settings > Mail > Mail Server Settings and ensure that option Enable mail management functions is on.
 
I got an answer to my OVH ticket, it was an update of Plesk that caused a problem:

"Due to a failure to upgrade the email tab was not accessible from your Plesk Panel"

The problem is solved
