authorization Error

I have a win 2003 standart+ plesk server+power pack

i created 3 websites with their own names.All of them works somooth except the one.

When i tried to preview or normal view index.html from the site ip. I got authentication error as below :

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept.

what should i do to fiz it
