I can manually run Plesk's FTP backup utility from the server in both active and passive modes successfully. However, when I schedule the exact same job to be run automatically at night, I get the following error:
Backup error.
Can not upload backup file psa-7.6-WINSERVER.psa to FTP server.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
Does anyone have any ideas what could be going wrong? Thanks.
