I have a somewhat uncommon email configuration, whereby email sent to domainb.com gets delivered to [email protected]. So [email protected] goes to [email protected]. You can do this by manually editing the virtualdomains qmail control file, such that domainb.com has the same "number" as domaina.com.
This has worked great for years. However, I've run into a little problem with autoresponders, since upgrade to Plesk 8.2. The problem is that the autoresponders don't work on domainb.com, only when email is sent directly to domaina.com. I have found this error message in the maillog:
autoresponder:_Mailname_not_found:[email protected].
I just don't know enough about how the autoresponder is processed.
Can any one shed some light on this or even provide a solution? Your help is appreciated.
