Issue autoresponder won't forward mail (even localhost)

Yannick Croteau

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm using Onyx 17.0.17 under CentOS 7.3.1611 with postfix.

When someone try to forward a mail through autoresponder, I've got the following error :

Aug 8 15:30:19 servername postfix-local[4458]: postfix-local: [email protected], [email protected], dirname=/var/qmail/mailnames
Aug 8 15:30:19 servername journal: autoresponder filter[4459]: Unable to send mail for: [email protected]
Aug 8 15:30:19 servername postfix/pickup[32562]: 9105AF5FD0: uid=30 from=<[email protected]>
Aug 8 15:30:19 servername postfix/qmgr[32563]: 9105AF5FD0: from=<[email protected]>, size=547, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Aug 8 15:30:19 servername postfix/pipe[32675]: 0446EF5AC2: to=<[email protected]>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=0.6, delays=0.2/0/0/0.4, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered via plesk_virtual service)

The forward email is in the same domain than the receiver , on the same server (localhost of the plesk)

No loop detected and it's working if we use the normal forwarding option instead of the autoresponder forwarding.

and ho yes... the autoresponder sent the respond to the sender, so this working on that point.

Any clue about my problem?

Thank you!

Yannick

As far as I know, this issue was fixed in Plesk 17.5 as PPP-27748 bugreport. Please consider upgrade possibility.
