Autoresponders do not work

Hello people,

Well, quite simple. Whatever I do and how much autoresponders I make, activate, delete,... non of them ever reply to a message they receive. If I enable them directly in MailEnable on the Plesk server, it works fine.

I'm not sure how long this has been going on and I have been using Plesk for a while and upgrades several versions. Right now I use Plesk 7.6.1 and MailEnable Standard 1.8.

Suggestions anyone ?
