Is there a way to apply the HTML code for a web form into the site? I use aweber. can I use aweber with this sitebuilder? or Are their other forms to use to capture name and email address? Thank You

There is a script module can be added into site's pages. You can insert your own HTML code there. There is also feedback module form exists which I guess could be use for this. For details you can check documentation materials:
