AwStats 404 error after domain change

Hi,

I am having a 404 error on my awstats folder after I changed my main domain (physical hosting)

- I've tried to change to Webalizer and back, but that didn't help
- I've tried to calculate all statistics again, I got this:

Create/Update database for config "/usr/local/psa/etc/awstats/awstats.mydomain.com-http.conf" by AWStats version 6.6 (build 1.887)

Phase 1 : First bypass old records, searching new record...
Direct access to last remembered record has fallen on another record.
So searching new records from beginning of log file...
Phase 2 : Now process new records (Flush history on disk after 20000 hosts)...

Hello,

Please, check if Perl support is not enabled on a domain. To enable Perl support on a domain in Parallels Plesk Panel go to

Domains > domain.com > Hosting Setup > tag Perl checkbox > click OK.

Hi,

thank you for reply. Perl was/is enabled.

its still not working for this one MAIN domain, but works for other not important domains

Nothing concerning webstat in error_log, so I cant figure out what it is

Problem solved

I got it solved, finally!!!

There is a conflict with awstats when there is a domain and alias with the same name but different .tld
