AwStats and dedicated server runing redhat enterprise w/Plesk 8.0.1 , can't install:(

I've tried all day long to install AwStats on my dedicated server without any result. I simply couldn't do it. I've followed up some instructions that I've read here , but I still couldn't manage to install AwStats 6.5

I tried all the ways possible with my vhost , installed awstats in all the locations possible, modified httpd.conf , but still no results.

How can I install this ? I have a single domain hosted on my server and Webalizer is not enough.
