AWStats Domains not IPs

Hi,

i have some questions about AWStats. In past i must edit some files, that i see domains not IPs. DNS Lookup Settings in AWStats Config and Domain files.

1. Is it possible to config AWStats via Plesk Webinterface?
2. Must i edit by hand awstat.conf only, or must i edit more files?
3. Normally the config is set to number 2. But i need a cache file. Where is this cache file, how will it create?!
4. Is it better to use GeoIP? Is there an automation for setup this complete?
5. How can i start awstats job by hand?

I use opensuse 12.3.
